Passionate Lives have been involved in the community since our inception in 2016 and raising awareness of mental health issues is fundamental to what we do. We were one of the key founders of the Kwinana and Rockingham Alliance Against Depression, helping to develop the first AAD of its kind in Australia in 2018 and 2019 and have since watched many more AAD’s grow in Belmont, Kalamunda, Fremantle and Busselton. The AAD uses a 4 pillared approach to suicide prevention including a media, campaign, GP Training, stakeholder trainer and support for at-risk groups
